Return Policy

1. Eligibility:
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
We do not accept returns on personalized, customized, or final sale items.
Returns are not accepted on perishable or hazardous goods.

We do not offer a return on used items unless proven to be faulty or not fit for purpose

2. How to Initiate a Return:

3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

4. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

5. Exchanges:
Where possible we will offer a like for like exchange if we have the item in stock. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above, once we receive the original item we will ship the exchanged item.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
Perishable goods
Hazardous materials
Personalized or customized items
Final sale items

7.Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
